Typical Job Interview Questions

Typical Job Interview Questions

Preparing for a job interview can be very nerve-wracking, so it's best to always be prepared. Some typical job interview questions may include:

  • What have your achievements been to date?
  • What is the most difficult situation you have had to face and howdid you tackle it?
  • What are your strengths?
  • What is your greatest weakness?
  • Give an example of when you have worked under pressure.
  • How do you measure your own performance?
  • What can you bring to this organisation?
  • Can you give me an example where you have implemented new ideas or potential solutions without prompting?
  • Describe a time when you had to deal with a “difficult” person.

If you prepare your answers by writing them down and trying to remember them, you will feel more confident in your interview. Role-playing with a friend is also a great way to increase confidence. Just remember, smile and think to yourself that your nerves are only excitement. Good luck!
