Fast Cook, No Fuss: Olive,Chilli and Caper Pasta

INGREDIENTS - MAKES 1

  • 150g three-coloured fettuccine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup chopped capers
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 small red chilli, chopped

PREPARATION

1. Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water for 8 minutes or until tender.
2. Drain.
3. Meanwhile, heat the oil and fry the garlic, capers, olives and chilli together for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, and toss the fettuccine through.
5. Serve immediately.
