Isa, Filipino
Q2 How long have you been in Australia?
1 year and 1 month
Q3 As a child, what job did you want to have when you grew up?
I honestly had heaps of dream jobs growing up: Inventor, Engineer, Director
Q4 Did you have a teen idol? Who was it and what were they famous for?
None really. I like a lot of personalities, actors, singers but none of them are my favourite.
Q5 What was your first job? Best job/why? Worst job/why? Ideal job/why?
Previous job: Operational Manager - Travel Company in the Philippines
Current job: Waiter/Bartender - Italian Restaurant
Ideal job: I’m still looking at every possible careers but definitely being a Childcare Educator will be one of themSmile
Q6 What are you studying at BCC Institute? Do you like it? Why/why not?
Diploma in Early Childcare Education and Care. Absolutely yes. I love kids, teaching, being that supportive adult that nurtures childrens’ skills and good attitude.
Q7 What are some things that you would like to do while you are in Australia?
I travel a lot. I take photographs and videos of scenery. I meet heaps of people. I eat in different restaurants.
Q8 Other than the present, which historical era would you like to have lived in?
Honestly, none other than the present Smile
Q9 What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Being able to live by myself alone in Australia!!
Q10 What advice would you give to a student planning on studying in Sydney?
  Prepare yourself emotionally, mentally and physically. It’s not going to be rainbows and butterflies all the time, you must learn to be tough and learn how to be adaptable to any situationSmile
