Dear students,
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adapted how we deliver your training and want to update you on how we are dealing with this situation. In an effort to support you and carry out health guidelines on social-distancing, BCC Institute has moved online so we can deliver training remotely via the Zoom platform. This enables our students to study safely from home and avoid contact with others.
The campus will remain open at this point in time for administrative purposes, with only a few staff present practicing social distancing. Needless to say, the safety and well-being of our students, staff, partners and the communities in which we live and work are our top priorities. Further government directives may alter the way all of us work in the coming weeks and months.
We have further stepped up our communications so that our trainers and other staff can communicate with you easily by email or WhatsApp groups, to complement Zoom. As such, we are well-equipped to continue operating your course and supporting you during this difficult time. We thank you for your patience as we transition to the new methods of delivering our training.
Important information about using Zoom, as well as individual staff contact details, have already been sent to you. We will continue to update you regularly on the crisis and on how we can support you during your course at BCC Institute.
